Section 01 Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and td888 (hereinafter referred to as "td888", "we", "us", or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the td888 website located at td888.cam and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing the td888 website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the td888 Platform and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with td888's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Section 02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Section 03 Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the td888 Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is strictly enforced. td888 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person, entity, or organisation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of td888 or any related company, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from td888 or had an Account closed by td888 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not using the Services in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by the law of that jurisdiction, and you bear sole responsibility for verifying the legality of online gambling in your location before using the Platform.
• All personal information you provide during registration and KYC verification is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are obligated to notify td888 promptly of any changes to your registered information.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal details including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number. td888 may require additional documentation to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal.

Section 04 Account Management

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual User may maintain only one (1) td888 Account at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. td888 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method linkage to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, td888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void all balances and winnings thereon.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your password to any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use any third party's Account. You should notify td888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. td888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

4.3 Account Verification. td888 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of your registered mobile number, proof of your payment method, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account restrictions or closure.

4.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. td888 may apply an administrative inactivity fee to the Account Balance of inactive Accounts in accordance with the fee schedule communicated to the Account holder at the time the inactivity period begins. td888 will make reasonable efforts to contact you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity fee.

Section 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. td888 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast/QR transfers, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and certain other payment methods as may be added or removed from time to time. The current list of supported payment methods is always displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages of the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly and credited to your td888 Account Balance in real time. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) and Raast transfers may take between 5 and 30 minutes to be credited, depending on the processing time of the originating institution. td888 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may charge a transaction fee.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within 15 minutes of approval by td888's finance team during operating hours. Bank transfers are typically processed within one (1) business day. td888 reserves the right to perform additional security and anti-fraud checks that may extend processing times in certain circumstances.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the respective Deposit and Withdrawal pages of the Platform and may vary by payment method. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may also apply, particularly for new Accounts pending full KYC verification. td888 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

5.5 Currency. All Account Balances, transactions, and gameplay are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). td888 does not apply a currency conversion fee on PKR transactions. Any currency conversion that may be required by your payment provider is outside td888's control and td888 accepts no liability for such conversion costs.

Section 06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. td888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, game contribution rates, and maximum bet restrictions disclosed on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that bonus in addition to this Agreement.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. During the wagering period, only real money funds may be withdrawn — bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings remain locked until wagering requirements are fulfilled or the bonus expires.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual bonus terms. Sports bets and crash game wagers contribute at the rate specified in the relevant promotion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. td888 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (arbitrage wagering); exploiting game mechanics that contribute disproportionately to wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to cycle bonus funds; or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, td888 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from that bonus, and close the Account.

6.5 Maximum Bet During Bonus Wagering. Unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms, the maximum single bet or stake that may be placed while bonus funds are active is Rs 2,000 per round or spin. Placing bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

Section 07 Games & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Fairness. All casino games offered on the td888 Platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game equipment operated by trained live dealers. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are accurate and are verified by independent third-party auditors. td888 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets are offered subject to td888's sportsbook rules, which govern market settlement, void bets, in-play betting rules, and the handling of abandoned or postponed events. Where a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, open bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Individual market rules may vary and are displayed on the relevant market page.

7.3 PSL and Cricket Markets. Pakistan Super League (PSL) markets and other cricket betting markets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the host board as applicable). In the event of a no-result or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) calculation affecting a match, td888 applies the standard DLS settlement rules as published in td888's cricket betting rules document.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or incorrect bet settlement, td888 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the relevant Account. td888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the staked amount.

Section 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the td888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility status.
• Money Laundering: Using the td888 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to facilitate the layering or integration of illicit funds through gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, tournament, or multiplayer game offered on the Platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with games, or manage your Account on your behalf without explicit human oversight of each action.
• Exploit and Hack Attempts: Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, reverse engineer Platform code, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the integrity of any game or betting market.
• Bonus Abuse: Any conduct designed to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent the bonus terms as described in Section 6.4 of these Terms.
• Third Party Account Use: Allowing any person other than the registered Account holder to access or use the Account, or accessing any other person's Account without their authorisation.

Section 09 Responsible Gaming

td888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations as a licensed gaming operator seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered td888 Account holders directly from the Account Settings panel, without requiring support intervention:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once the loss limit is reached, betting and casino play is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual play sessions. td888 will display a notification when your session time limit is approaching and will log you out automatically when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your Account remains open but you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the td888 Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes of the request. Once self-excluded, your Account cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period, and td888 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new Account.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during play that display how long you have been playing and the net result of your current session, helping you maintain awareness of your gaming activity.

Section 10 Liability & Disclaimers

10.1 Platform Availability. td888 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, td888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance periods, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond td888's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

10.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your td888 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. td888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether or not td888 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.4 Third Party Services. The td888 Platform may be accessed via third-party internet service providers and mobile networks. td888 has no control over the performance, reliability, or availability of such third-party services and shall not be liable for any losses or degraded experience attributable to such services, including but not limited to slow mobile data speeds on Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, or Zong networks.

Section 11 Intellectual Property

All content on the td888 Platform — including but not limited to the td888 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of td888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the td888 Platform without the prior written consent of td888. Any unauthorised use of td888's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

Section 12 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by td888 is governed by td888's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. The Privacy Policy details what personal information td888 collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and how you can exercise your rights in relation to your personal data.

td888 collects and processes personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method details, and gameplay activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, anti-money laundering compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting as required by td888's licensing obligations. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 13 Amendments

td888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, td888 will notify registered Account holders via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the td888 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected]. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to game-specific or promotion-specific supplementary rules — may be made without prior notice.

Section 14 Termination

14.1 Termination by You. You may close your td888 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, and any real money Balance remaining after settlement of pending bets will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 Termination by td888. td888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• td888 suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your Account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• td888 is required to do so by its licensing authority or by applicable law;
• Your Account is found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21.

Where td888 closes your Account due to a breach of these Terms, td888 reserves the right to retain the Account Balance to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred as a result of the breach, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Section 15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td888 holds its international gaming license. The licensing jurisdiction's courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, unless td888 at its sole discretion elects to resolve the dispute through an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

td888's licensing authority provides a formal complaints and dispute resolution process for players who are unable to resolve a dispute directly with td888.
